Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated set of tools focused on one core skill drawn from evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Rather than overwhelming you with information, Foundations breaks change down into small, manageable steps—so you can practice consistently and see real progress over time.
Every delivery includes:
- A coping skill card with clear, usable strategies
- A behavioral activation card to help you take action
- Guided reflection prompts to deepen insight and awareness
- A sticker as a simple, visual reinforcement of the skill
